Hi Luvpekes

I do not have a toy dog, but love all dogs big or small. My dog is a 2 year old shepherd Saffi and she is so gentle and good with children. Would love to hear about your little darlings

This message is for Luvpekes. I too love pekes and do in fact raise them. I have a female 7 lb. black and white with the sweetest disposition in the world and a terminal illness. The second one I have is a red/sable with full black mask and markings she has the shorter fur and a longer nose than my other but snores less. I just had her bred last week with a male identical in color and markings but tiny like my snickers. my red is about 12 lbs. and is so very aggressive with other small dogs but not the big ones. she has been raised with the snickers but nothing seems to get her past her temper tantrums. A great little mama though. this will be her second litter and she is 4. Last litter was 3 little boys and I hated to part with any of them. With my snickers being terminal, I want to keep a female pup for myself so we have to have this litter. Pekes are just such a nice all around dog unless the snoring bothers you. Mine both sleep with me, travel, bathe and whatever else I am doing. Very rarley do I go anyplace without them. Have a great day.

I have three dogs, a ten year old rottie mix named Hootie (a rescue), a two year old boston-russel named StudMuffin Sam (found him as a puppy one winter night on the way to get the mail) and a ten month old yorkie named Hiro. Sam goes everywhere with me, Hiro still gets car sick which I am very impatiently waiting for him to out grow. Nice to meet other pet lovers!

I have 2 golden retrievers which are my "girls" One is 7 the other 5. They are sisters, same dad but very different mothers. They are just as different but so close as siblings. Does anyone else have goldens.

There once was an agnostic fellow who was dislexic and stayed up all night wondering if there really is a Dog.
Okay sorry - a small attempt at humour
I am newly retired and I am reinventing me. Part of that includes a dog or two or three. I don't ever have to leave them alone and I can stay in good shape and always have friends!!

I adopted a 14 month Jack Russell X. Not sure what she is crossed with but has a long body and long legs.
She has already had 2 sets of puppies although now has had 'the op' by the adoption society, so no more. She is hopefully beginning to enjoy her 'teenage' life living with me.
Her name is Peerie which any Shetlanders out there will know means wee or small.

Hello to all my fellow dog lovers! I have a 2 year old cocker and a 2 year old chocolate lab that are also my babies! This way i can avoid that nasty empty nest thing since all my children have flown the coop. Again, and again! The kids may come and go but my babies are here to stay!

I love all animals but dogs are my favorite. I don't have a small dog but i do have one, she is a loving dog, she is chow and lab she is quite smart and also head strong. Our home caught on fire and she woke us up in time to just get out. So she is our hero. Her name is Onyx. All black with black tongue.
They do fill the empty nest feeling. all of our children are gone now too.
Ok well keep loving those pets.

I have a 4 yr old Shih Tzu named Piper. I got him from my daughter in law whose dogs had a litter of pups. He loves to chase after small tennis balls. He's a very picky eater--he only likes Little Caesar. He enjoys licking my face from ear to ear. :D

I had four Fila Brasileiros, mother, father, daughter and son.
All have I as Puppie gotten or had been with the birth with it.
I was friend, midwife, boss, comrade to the plays.
I trained the Fila Brasileiro all themselves, with German and English commands.
Today, the Fila Brasileiros are in Brazil on big farm - cows guard.
Today, I have a German shepherd. I can this even better
trains. Again, I have gotten a dog as Puppie. He is today sieve month old.
An absolute swimmer, swims in the River better than some Brazilian.
