Ground beef
chopped onions
bbq Sauce
ketchup
Mix onions and beef together.
place into Dish
Top with Ketchup and BBQ Sauce
Set oven @ 350
Bake until brown.

Just to clarify Roxy, if you use Centigrade temps, 350F is 180C. The ovens in UK and Europe are in Centigrade

Because most of my children wanted the crusty part of the meat loaf.. I made my recipe and cooked them in muffin tins.. They made big meat balls...cooked quicker... and all was happy..hahahaha... Enjoy.. ;)..K

Ground beef
corn flakes
chopped onions
1 egg
salt and pepper
  tomatoe soup
 4 whole peeled potatoes

Mix meat, cornflakes onions, eggs, salt and pepper together. Form a ball.  Place in a square baking dish. arrange peeled potatoes around the beef, pour tomatoe soup over the beef and potatoes.  Cook at 325 for approx 45 mins...
