Now I have more time on my hands, I would dearly like to persue a subject dear to my heart. Namely falconry. Since a small child these beautiful birds have fascinated me. The power and the freedom of their flight. I would like to share this topic with like minded people. Especially those who could give me more information on the subject. I love the raptors too. We have 2 falcon nests in my city. One has a live cam on it. That nest has 4 eggs in it right now. They should be hatching around mother`s day. When they get around 3 weeks of age they bring in a rock climber to get the chicks out to band them, etc. The falcons made a come back here in the mid 90s due to the DDT episode. It`s so nice seeing them back again and the numbers are slowly climbing.
