I chicken breast
jerk sauce optional
Fat free bacon or prosciutto
Garlic
Chopped onion, mushrooms, pineapple, tomatoes, or any other topping
Grated cheese or Mozarella
Tomatoe Puree or Passata (less cals than puree)

Slice into breast so that it lays open in one piece
Place in large plastic bag and beat with rolling pin till thin
Lay chicken in a flattish dish or pizza pan, put on crushed garlic and jerk sauce or any other sauce you d like to spice it up or not.
cover with bacon, bake for 15 mins in very hot oven
chop the other ingredients while waiting for your base to cook
After 15 mins, take chicken/bacon base and spread puree or passata over and top like a normal pizza, finish with cheese and back in the over for another 15 mins or till brown

For two large pizzas - I have three very tall sons!! There is never any waste in my house

12oz plain flour
2oz margarine
2oz cheese - I just use a strong cheddar
milk to mix into dough

Roll out to fit pizza trays

Spread tomato paste on each base and then add whatever toppings you want and top it all with mozzarella.

Bake in hot oven about 210C for 10-15 mins until cheese is fully melted and base is cooked
- eat and enjoy. Much nicer than bought pizzas.
